To celebrate the success of their first ever 'straight-in-at-number-one' album The Beautiful South release a special re-recorded version of Don't Marry Her. Featuring a guest appearance from Sandra Bullock, it is available on two CD's, one with 'God Bless the Child' and 'Without Her' as the B-sides, the other backed with the English and French versions of their cover of 'Dream A Little Dream'
Blue Is The Colour features eleven new songs written by Paul Heaton and Dave Rotheray, together with a version of 'Artificial Flowers', originally recorded by Bobby Darin. The album's full track listing, with featured vocalist in parenthesis, is below.

A customised Blackpool tram, the BS Rotterdam promotes the new album Blue Is The Colour and will entertain passengers by continuous plays of tracks from the album. It will run along the Golden Mile for three months, coinciding with the Blackpool Illuminations. |
